Reactive & Pre-Planned Maintenance
Amptron's maintenance department provides clients with both a solution to their servicing requirements as well as general maintenance repairs. By entering a service agreement with Amptron, we can give you access to our dedicated 'Reactive & PPM' team who can arrange works from a 4 hour response to months planned in advance. This also allows use of our 'Out of Hours' service.
Clients can either call to make an appointment or use our customer portal to request works within custom time frames tailored to suite individual needs.
From when the works get logged, continual updates are emailed every step of the way on the progress of works to ensure our clients are kept up-to-date.
Along with our portal archives, each site has attached various folders allowing easy storage of important documents such as electrical testing certificates, boiler servicing, to O&M manuals, As Fitted Drawings... the capabilities are endless.
